OXPASSION provides warranty period of 2 years from the date of delivery for all of our authorized distributors and wholesales who sell our authentic products.
Warranty: 2-year warranty is applicable for the product's quality itself under the following conditions:
(1).For e-liquid quality, returns and exchanges will be provided in the following cases:
Unopened condition with foreign objects present.
Severe taste deviation immediately upon opening and use.
Incorrect flavor shipped.
(2).For bottle quality, returns and exchanges will be provided in the following cases:
Leaking under unopened condition.
Cap detachment under opened condition.
(3).Packaging damage is not included in the warranty scope.
